Greg has been MD at Cricketer Farm, Nether Stowey, home of Somerset and West Country Artisanal Cheddar and reduced fat and low sodium cheese specialists for just over two years.

Greg’ has a strong background in food and drink, hospitality, manufacturing, sales, marketing and retailing and most recently has created, within Cricketer Farm, a new Healthier Food Brand called ‘The Eatwell Cheese Company’ which specialises in healthier half fat and low sodium cheeses for the Foodservice sector of the food and hospitality industry. In addition all related recipe work undertaken now undergoes nutritional analysis for the benefit of both the foodservice operator and the consumer.

A great believer in sporting activity and the allied benefits of keeping fit Greg has signed Cricketer Farm up to the Department of Health’s voluntary Responsibility Deal and is currently signed up to 5 pledges including salt reduction and supporting activity in the community.
